On this day, we start the group discussion through WhatsApp. First of all, I pass the ideation and prototype template to see the content of the report. after that, I list all the possible things to do in the WhatsApp group. From the list, I choose the prototype part, and for the ideation Azri and Rafiq will handle it.
16th June 2021
I realize that ideation is the group process. So, we start a discussion again and start thinking about what is the best approach that should be used in the ideation process. From the discussion, we decide to choose the crazy 8 method because this is easy to handle and everyone can show their creativity in the crazy 8 process. At night 2200 (Malaysia Time), we do a simple meeting to do the crazy 8 approach.
17th June 2021
Everyone send their crazy 8 result in WhatsApp group. We need to do three crazy 8 session since we have three main user interfaces in our future system (Cinemay Application). After that, at 0300 (Malaysia Time), we do a meeting to vote for the best user interface among the idea from the crazy 8 session. The dot voting approach has been chosen as a method to select the user interface. In addition, we use the Jamboard from Google Meet as a platform for dot voting sessions. Everyone is given two dots with green and yellow colours. We need to put the green dot at the best user interface that we choose and the yellow one is for the second choice. Finally, we get all the best User Interfaces for three main pages in Cinemay Application.

I completely compile all the parts of the ideation and prototype report. After that, I send the report in the WhatsApp group to get confirmation from the other.
