I learnt the new stage which is the define stage.
1. Problem statement
The problem statement helps the design team identify the user needs. For example, when we want to solve a problem related to food delivery during MCO, so base on the problem here, we need to identify what is the users' needs that can help them to solve the problem.
Reflection
Define stage is very simple. Actually, this is just to define the problem that users face in their life. There has some problem can be solved by technology but the rest only can be solved by their own solution like meet their friend or meet a counsellor. When we know the user's problem, we can try to solve it by using the system application if the problem is related to technology
